22–25 April 2026: Conference (onsite or online attendance)

3 June – 1 October 2026: Paper submission in pdf format via the Morressier platform.

1 October – 1 December 2026: Paper review process and notification of acceptance in Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS)
